We're excited to present Screen Studio 3.0.0, a major update packed with new features. This release took us a lot of work over several months, and we can't wait for you to dive in and explore. Here's what's new:

Shareable Links

With a single click, you can now create a link for your Screen Studio videos and send it to others.

It simplifies the sharing process, eliminating the need for manual file transfers or compression.

Dynamic Camera Layouts

Screen Studio now supports dynamic camera animations.

You can create video intros with fullscreen camera or hide the camera entirely for portions of the video, allowing for more versatile and engaging content.

Quick Share Widget

A new widget appears after recording, enabling rapid exporting and sharing.

This feature is particularly useful when you need to share your video quickly and don't require edits.

Custom Cursors

You can now select custom cursor images from a large collection of cursor sets.

It allows for better visual customization and can help guide viewer attention more effectively.

Speed up typing

Screen Studio can now automatically detect parts of the recording where you’re typing and suggest speeding them up.

Speaker Notes, New Crop Tools

Features

• It is now possible to open Speaker Notes where you can write down useful informations you’ll use or read while recording, while those notes will not be visible in the final recording, even if they cover whatever you are recording.
• Precise Crop Tools - when cropping the recording, it is now possible to enter precise number values or set fixed crop aspect ratio.
• Extracting separate recording files. It is now possible to extract parts of your recording as separate files. For example you can extract raw webcam file as a separate file. Notes: webcam file does not include audio from the microphone - you’ll need to extract microphone audio file as well. Another note - raw screen recording file will not include your mouse cursor as it is not directly recorded by Screen Studio - it is re-added later basing on your mouse position data.
